Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all durags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will offer either:

A replacement product
or - A full refund to your original payment method
Order Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us and we will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Rags is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process
